Williams is a 25-year veteran of the software industry with leadership roles at PTC, Hitachi Vantara, and Software AG, and brings deep expertise in industrial IoT and data platforms. In his new role, he will focus on transforming regional operations into a customer-centric growth engine. His strategy prioritizes operational excellence and the expansion of Cumulocity’s partner ecosystem to ensure customers achieve measurable ROI and move seamlessly from connectivity to intelligent edge operations.
